What forms of payment do you accept?


Our web store processes all major credit cards and Paypal.   Orders can also be placed with a check or money order made out to “NeedsWings”.



I would like to order something but my country is not an available shipping option.


No problem, please contact us with your shipping address and we will do our best to help.



I want to order one of the NeedsWings products but would like it customized for my application.


No problem. Since we build everything in-house in frequent batches making a specific part for you shouldn’t be a problem. We love custom fabrication. Send us a message with some specifics and we can go from there.



How will my order ship?


Most orders will ship through USPS or UPS with tracking numbers which will be emailed to you upon shipment.



What orders will require a signature at delivery?


Most orders over $100 will require a signature at delivery for insurance purposes. Please ensure that someone will be at your ship-to address to sign for the package.



Do you install performance parts?


Yes, by appointment only, contact us for a quote. Auto transport can be arrainged.



I placed an order and have not received a confirmation email.


All orders get confirmation emails; if you have not received one please add sales@needswings.com to your “safe senders” list in your email filtering software and send us a message and we can verify the order and resend the confirmation email.



I am looking for a performance part that I cannot find on the website.
